13th European Conference of Ministers responsible for Regional/Spatial Planning (CEMAT) - Documents, Ljubljana, September 2003 (Territory and Landscape Series No. 1) (2005)

The aim of this conference was to review the measures taken to implement the guiding principes for sustainable spatial development of the European Continent and to promote transnational and inter-regional co-operation through development projects. Delegates also considered means of promoting and implementing them by establishing both legal provisions and effective policies and innovative stratégies with regard to territorial planning and management.
