Both experts and decison makers present at this meeting stressed the urgent need to transfer adequate competencies to the administrative players responsible for ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) investment and for pedagogical changes capable of affecting the whole education system, such as the curricula, school organisation and the agents and methods of knowledge transfer.
