European Social Charter - Governmental Committee - 13th report (II) (1998)
In accordance with Article 27 of the European Social charter, the Governmental Committee has prepared, since the beginning of 12th supervision cycle, the decisions of the Committee of Ministers. In particular it selects the situations which should, in its view, be the subject of recommendations to each Contracting Party concerned.
This second part of the 13th report of the Governmental Committee examines the reports of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom on Articles 7, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19 of the Charter, as well as on conclusions which were negative or adjourned for the second part of the 12th supervision cycle in the light of the Conclusions XIII-2 of the Committee of Independent Experts.
