What secondary education for a changing Europe ? Trends, challenges and prospects (1998)
From 1991 to 1996, the Council of Europe carried out an ambitious project called "A secondary education for Europe". It had two elements. The first was a review of development, trends and innovations in secondary education in Europe. The second element was an analysis of the place of Europe in secondary school curricula and in extra-curricula activities. This publication, written by Pierre Luisoni, is a report of the Final Conference of the project, which took place in Strasborg from 2-5 December 1996.
