Promotion of education and awareness in the area of copyright and neighbouring rights concerning creativity - Recommendation No. R (94) 3 and explanatory memorandum (1998)

The aim of Recommendation No. R (94) 3 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe is to propose measures for educating and informing the public in general, and lawyers in particular (judges, prosecutors, barristers, law professors, law students, etc.), on the need to respect the rights of authors and all those who contribute to creativity and the dissemination of culture.
