Staff concerned with the implementation of sanctions and measures - Recommendation No. R (97) 12 and explanatory memorandum (1999)

This recommendation adresses the status, recruitment, initial and continued training of staff concerned with the implementation of sanctions and measures, and the possibilities of mobility between categories of staff concerned with custodial or community sanctions and measures. It also contains a set of European ethical guidelines for such staff for national use.
