Programme of Action against Corruption (1998)

Corruption is an increasingly important clandestine driving force in our societies and is beginning to undermine citizens' faith in democratic institutions and endanger market economy. This book presents the Programme of Action against Corruption, adopted by the Committee of Ministers in November 1996, which takes into account the need to take a global, multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach in tackling corruption.
