European Social Charter - Governmental Committee. 13th report (I) (1998)
In accordance with Article 27 of the European Social charter, the Governmental Committee has prepared, since the beginning of 12th supervision cycle, the decisions of the Committee of Ministers. In particular it selects the situations which should, in its view, be the subject of recommendations to each Contracting Party concerned.
This first part of the 13th report of the Governmental Committee examines the reports of Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom in the light of the Conclusions XIII-1 of the Committee of Independent Experts.
