IRIS Special: Juridiction over broadcasters in Europe (2003)
This title braids together a number of thematic threads that are all too often considered isolated. It measures relevant definitional shortcomings through a focus on actual problems, as well as plausible sources of interpretational divergence from which future problems are likely to stem.
